SHIPPING POLICY

We do not offer international shipping. We ship to the lower 48 states. For non-regulated shipping items we can offer Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada IF service is available in your area. Please ask if service is available prior to ordering.

All orders are shipped within 7 business days. DHL is our primary carrier and they offer every other day pickups to this remote Industrial Park. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and often leave the day of or the next day exclulding holildays and weekends. DHL Ground will email you your tracking numbers.

RETURN POLICY

We can only accept returns from certified shippers with DHL Ground. We are certified to ship chemicals in accordance with 49CFR 100-185 and IATA. This means we are trained to know what specialty boxes, inner packing and etc are acceptable to comply with the regulations. If you have a certification to ship chemicals then we can authorize a return for you. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. We will be happy to answer any questions about or products to avoid a return situation.
